Creditswitch Limited, a leading Information Technology company providing Value-Added Services, has successfully transitioned from ISO/IEC 27001:2013 to the current ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, while also renewing its ISO/IEC 20000:2018 certification for IT service management.
The certifications were issued by Cognicert UK Limited, following a comprehensive audit and evaluation process that confirmed Creditswitch’s continued compliance with international standards for information security and service excellence.
This achievement marks a significant step in Creditswitch’s approach to information security, one that goes beyond compliance to reflect the complexities of today’s digital and operational risks. The 2022 version of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard places greater emphasis on threat intelligence, cloud service management, and real-time adaptability, aligning more closely with how modern infrastructure operates.
